Laker women fall in opener

Last weekend, the Iowa Lakes women's basketball fall to the Ellsworth Panthers 54-67 in their regular season finale, Saturday, March 1. The Lakers were led by Gracelyn Deputy with 16 points and Paige Martin added 14 points. Ellsworth was led by Laia Santanach with 18 points. The Lakers finish the season with an overall record of 12-19 on the season and a 6-12 finish in conference play.
