POCAHONTAS — Sioux Central’s golf team participated in a Twin Lakes Quad with Newell-Fonda and West Bend-Mallard at Pocahontas, Monday. The Rebels found the environment challenging.

“We faced terrible conditions on Monday at our first Twin Lakes Conference Quad at Pocahontas,” said Jennifer Wittmaack, coach of the Rebels.

It felt as though temperatures were in the 30s, with windy and spots of rain making the ball play more difficult.
