MILFORD — Thursday, at approximately 11:24 a.m., the Milford Police Department was contacted in regards to active arrest warrants out of O’Brien County and ongoing harassment.

During the investigation it was determined that the wanted male, Keaton Robert Leach, 26, of West Okoboji, had potential to be violent with law enforcement and was likely armed.
