Sioux Central opened the volleyball season at home Tuesday, Aug. 27, and dropped a 3-1 decision to Estherville Lincoln Central.

The Rebels lost the first two sets by margins of 25-15 and 28-26, then won the third set 25-22, but fell in the fourth, 25-16.
