CARROLL — There’s a reason the Spencer boys tennis team has looked very good this season, carrying multiple talented players to fill out a scary team in northwest Iowa. The team traveled to Kuemper-Catholic Monday to battle in the district competition and ended up sending four kids to the state competition.
