Twenty new flags will be added to the annually growing list of the area’s Avenue of Flags as part of Monday’s Memorial Day ceremony which has been moved indoors, beginning at 10 a.m., in the Larry M. Untiet Theatre on the Spencer High School campus. Recent adverse weather conditions in recent years prompted the 59th annual program to be moved indoors.
