On May 31, the Spencer Chamber Ambassadors gathered at Peckish Cafe to conduct a ribbon cutting for its grand opening. Jay and Garek Norton have both indoor and outdoor seating and a menu of salads, soups and paninis, as well as a selection of coffee and teas. They will be open Tuesday through Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
