EMMERTSBURG — The American Legion of Iowa Foundation celebrated four outstanding students from Iowa Lakes Community College as scholarship recipients on Aug. 26. The recognition took place at the Veterans Center on the Emmetsburg Campus, where the students' remarkable achievements and inspiring future aspirations were highlighted.
