As part of a Lunch and Learn program, the Spencer Public Library will be hosting an author talk with award winning Iowa author Joseph LeValley on Sept. 6 at noon. A light lunch will be provided by the library while LeValley will discuss his writing experiences as a former news reporter and current mystery author.
