Spencer resident Lindy Hornby has been working to bring Dolly Parton's Imagination Library to Spencer since January of 2020. Now with the Daybreaker Kiwanis as the local champion, along with support from local organizations such as the Hi-Noon Kiwanis, Spencer Jaycees and Northwest Bank, Hornby is excited about the progress the program has made.
