SPIRIT LAKE — Community Advocates Ready to Empower Survivors, a local volunteer group supporting the Family Crisis Center, and the Center Against Abuse and Sexual Assault. These agencies support victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, homicide and other violent crimes in northwest Iowa, including Dickinson and Emmet counties.
