Arts on Grand welcomed artist, musician and old friend Chad Elliott to the gallery for a special performance Tuesday night. Elliott played several of his own compositions and raffled off one of his paintings to help kick off the renovation of Arts on Grand’s Multi-Purpose Studio Renovation.
