The Spencer Chamber of Commerce will start what will hopefully become a series of Lunch & Learn programs this week. The first program will be hosted by Black Hills Energy at the Clay County Regional Events Center on Tuesday at noon.

Those wishing to attend any Lunch & Learns provided by the chamber must RSVP ahead of time as spots are limited. Seats cost $20 each and may be reserved by contacting Blake Goss, events and programs coordinator for the chamber.
