The Central Academy main board room was filled with community members during the Spencer School Board meeting on Tuesday. While community members were denied the opportunity to speak at a previous meeting on Dec. 14, they had the chance to address the board Tuesday night.

Before opening the floor to the community, Board President Bob Whittenburg laid out the governing bodies policy for allowing visitors to speak in a public forum.
