U.S. Sen. Joni Ernst, R-Iowa, visited Arnold Motor Supply on Wednesday to tour the facility and hear concerns about the right to repair issue.

A topic of debate over the past few years, “right to repair” refers to the concept of allowing consumers to repair their vehicles and equipment freely rather than relying on solely the manufacturer for repairs. Ernst said her discussion with Arnold Motor representatives about right to repair was the primary focus of her visit.
