HARTLEY — Hartley Family Care of Spencer Hospital will begin offering patient services on Wednesday, Aug. 17. The family medicine clinic will be open four days each week — Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday — from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The clinic is located at the Community Memorial Health Center facility in Hartley.

Jamie Billings, advanced registered nurse practitioner, will serve as the clinic’s primary health care provider.
