In preparation for the construction of Spencer Hospital’s new emergency department, the Spencer Hospital’s Board of Trustees approved a property easement and transfer of jurisdiction agreements during its meeting on Thursday. The agreements transfer a portion of East 11th Street and First Avenue East from the city of Spencer to the hospital and provides for easement access.
