The Spencer DayBreakers and Hy-Noon Kiwanis will be preparing dinner and desert Tuesday, March 31, between 4:30-7 p.m., at their respective Clay County Fair stands. All proceeds will go to the Stolley Trail Fund to replace the deteriorating trail system. (Above) Work is completed on the west side of Stolleys with more work yet to be done. Made popular last year during COVID protocols, the two service clubs will be hosting the drive-thru event to benefit the project.
