SPENCER — Elva Walker has begun her responsibilities as the Clay County RSVP coordinator for the Northwest Iowa RSVP program.

Walker is stationed on the Spencer campus of Iowa Lakes Community College and joins the RSVP team with beneficial past experiences, including working with senior citizens and elementary students, a press release from ILCC stated.
