A special "fair-well" event planned for Clay County Fair & Events Center CEO Jeremy Parsons, Wednesday afternoon has been rescheduled to 3-6 p.m., Wednesday, March 1, a a result of the winter weather. The event will be conducted in the Events Center Ballroom. Parsons was hired for the same role with the Iowa State Fair.
