Spencer Rotary made a $2,500 donation to the 2024 Backpack Program, organized by the Spencer Hy-Noon Kiwanis and Love Takes Root. All students, in grades PK-12, attending school in Spencer, or from Everly, will receive backpacks and basic supplies to get them started back to school this fall at soon-to-be-announced distribution dates.
