(Above) As the spookiest season of the year drew to a close, the city of Spencer celebrated with several Halloween-themed events over the weekend. Residents took the opportunity to get creative with their costumes and decorations at each event. On Saturday afternoon, Spencer Main Street hosted its MASKerade on Main trick-or-treating stroll.
