Bring lawn chairs or blankets to the Spencer Municipal Band’s second in a series of six concerts, Thursday, June 13, at 7 p.m., at the bandshell at East Leach Park. The band is under the direction of Spencer Middle School music instructor Katie Bush and local musician Tom Rutt.
