The City of Spencer is working cooperatively with the Clay County Community Foundation on assisting property owners in restoring the vegetation in the adjacent right of way to their property. An important part of keeping “Spencer Strong” is committing assistance to affected citizens of the June flood disaster.

The grant is a 50% match, up to $500 of maximum reimbursement from the City of Spencer.
