Through its Public Innovations and Efficiency Program, the Office of Auditor of State has been on the lookout for money saving mechanisms and believes it has found one in the Clean School Bus Program. State Auditor Rob Sand held a news conference Monday morning to provide information about the program and its potential to beat high gas prices.
