Jodi Adams, a Spencer native who low lives in Nebraska, recently launched her second children's book, a sequel to her debut picture book, “The Train Rolls On.” It is a Christmas tale titled “The Train Rolls On To The North Pole,” and it debuted Tuesday, Oct. 18.
