Upper Des Moines Opportunity Inc. Executive Director Julie Edwards announced the award of two Iowa 1st Five Healthy Mental Development Initiative competitive grants. UDMO is now the 1st Five Local Contact for Collaborative Service Areas 1 (Clay, Dickinson, Emmet, Palo Alto, O’Brien, and Osceola) and CSA 4 (Calhoun, Hamilton, Hardin, Humboldt, Pocahontas, Webster, and Wright).
