Norma Joan (Coover) Andresen, 86, of Spirit Lake, formerly of Keystone, was called to heaven on Friday, Nov. 18, 2022, from Lakes Regional Healthcare in Spirit Lake. Her children were at her bedside. Memorial Services will be held at 2:30 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 3, 2022, at the Phillips Funeral Home Chapel in Keystone. Rev. Brian Jack, of Milford, will officiate. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 1:30 p.m. until the start of the 2:30 p.m. memorial service.

Eldon, son of Bertice and Olga (Prather) Rouse, was born Nov. 16, 1930, near Ayrshire. He received his education and graduated from Silver Lake Consolidated High School in Ayrshire.
