Services for Marcia Stephas, 83, will be conducted at 11 a.m., Monday, Nov. 14, 2022, at United Methodist Church in Royal. Rev. Al Grigg will officiate the service. Visitation will be an hour before the service at the church. Interment will be at Riverside Cemetery in Spencer.

A celebration of life for Ernest Lyle Solmonson, 100, will be conducted at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2022, at United Methodist Church in Estherville. Rev. Doug Burton is the officiant. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. He will be laid to rest at East Side Memorial Cemetery in Estherville. On the afternoon of Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2022, Shirley Mae Drenth passed away at the age of 81, peacefully at her home. She lived in Hot Springs, Arkansas, with her husband of 63 years, Victor Gayle Drenth. Shirley was a beautiful wife, mother, grand (and great) mother, sister and friend to everyone she met.

Virginia “Ginny” Rae Hunter, 78, of Great Falls, Montana, passed away on Nov. 2, 2022, at Highgate Senior Living under the care of Benefis Hospice. She died of leukemia.

Jack Donald Sylvester, 84, of Webb, died peacefully on Monday, Oct. 24, 2022. at the Accura Health Care Center in Spirit Lake. He was dearly loved and will be missed by many.

Memorial services will take place Monday, Oct. 31, 2022, at 10:30 a.m., at the Trinity United Methodist Church in Webb. Following the service, a private family burial will be in the Garfield Cemetery. Visitation will be held Sunday, Oct. 30, 2022, from 3-5 p.m., at the church.
