Funeral services for Cynthia Ann Behrends, 76, of Spencer, will be conducted at 2 p.m., Friday, July 7, 2023, at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, of Royal. Rev. Mark Wilms will officiate the service. Burial will be at Willow Creek Cemetery in Royal. Behrends passed away Monday July 3, 2023, at Spencer Hospital.
