We are sad to announce the passing of Donald “Don” David Freeburg of Mesa, Arizona. He passed at age 78 on June 24, 2023, surrounded by his loved ones after a battle with Parkinson’s disease.
Don was born in Spencer on Sept. 19, 1944, to Bernard and Bernice Freeburg. Donald was a caring and loving husband to Georgia “Geordy” Freeburg for 50 years. He went onto have two children: Dominic and Hilary.
