Private family services for Harold “Gene” Blanchard, 91, of Spencer, will be conducted at a later date. Rev. Paul Kaldahl will officiate the service. Burial will be at East Lawn Cemetery in Algona. Blanchard passed away Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2023, at his residence. Warner Funeral Home of Spencer is in charge of arrangements.
