Services for Joan Marie Phelps, 64, of Spencer, formerly of Royal, will be conducted at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2022, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, in Spencer. Rev. William Schreiber. Visitation will be conducted one hour prior to the funeral service at the church. Interment will be conducted at North Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Spencer.
