Funeral services for Joyce Ann Muckey, 64, of Hartley, will be conducted at 10 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 31, 2022, at First Baptist Church, in Spencer. Rev. Curtis Batchelet will officiate the service. Visitation will begin after 3 p.m., Friday, with the family present from 5-7 p.m., at the Warner Funeral Home of Spencer. Interment will be at Lone Tree Cemetery in Everly. Following the services at the graveside there will be a lunch served at the church
