Services for Ronald Cross Skelton, 78, of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, formerly of Webb, will be conducted at 11 a.m., Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2022, at First Baptist Church in Spencer. Rev. Curtis Batschelet will officiate the service. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Military services will be conducted by VFW Clay County Post 3159 and American Legion — Glen Pedersen Post 1.
