Honorable Judge Rosemary Shaw Sackett was born on Jan. 17, 1940, to Frank William Shaw and Irene Catherine Shaw (ne Rafferty) in Fort Dodge. She was raised in Pocahontas and called Iowa home for the rest of her life.
