Summit Carbon Solutions, the private company that wants to use our tax dollars to make billions by installation of a pipeline carrying hazardous CO2, claims it will create hundreds of "local jobs." Why, then, are all the people coming from out-of-state to do property boundary surveys? To do "environmental" surveys? To do soil sampling of farm fields?
