Facing the South Central Calhoun Titans in Storm Lake for a chance to go to the 2A-1 Substate Final. Sioux Central got it going early, leading 16-10 after the first quarter. A corner 3-pointer by Trevor Ehlers stretched the lead to 10, leading to a Sioux Central 11-2 run. They would take a 36-20 lead going into halftime.
