LE MARS — Spencer wasted no time getting their first district win. And it was at league favorite Le Mars.

After facing some brutal competition and starting the year 0-4, the Tigers struggled in early district play. This year they entered the game 2-2, as did their opponent, but it was all SHS as they got the victory on the road, 35-10.

“Very pleased with how physical we were against Le Mars,” Tiger coach Jim Tighe said. “The offensive line continues to improve each week.
