CHEROKEE — After smashing Pocahontas 11-1 on Tuesday, the Tigers traveled to Cherokee-Washington Wednesday for a matchup with the Braves. Cherokee was sitting at an impressive 11-2 on the season, Spencer came in with an 8-3 record. The Braves took an early 1-0 lead in the first, Spencer roared back in the third scoring three of their own, Cherokee tied the game in the fifth at three. The Tigers would add one more in the seventh, looking to get three outs and pick up a huge win on the road.
