Tigers fall fast in loss to Tornadoes

STORM LAKE — The Tigers traveled to Storm Lake Wednesday for a diamond face-off against the Tornadoes. Spencer has gotten off to a fast start with a 5-1 record on the young season, but the Tigers fell behind early, allowing seven runs in the first two innings, digging a hole they never could climb back out of. Spencer would outscore Storm Lake 4-1 after the second inning, but lose, 8-5.
