SPIRIT LAKE ― The home team claimed first place in both the girls and boys events at the Lakes Conference Track and Field Meet, held Thursday on the track at Spirit Lake. The Indians swept both titles, with Spencer finishing behind them to earn runner-up options.

Wilson Hookfin, the Tiger boys head coach, said, simply, “Conference was good.”
